Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping at checkout on all rings within the United States.

Select items that are not rings or deliveries outside of the United States will require the customer to pay for shipping at checkout. International orders are expected to pay local duties that may occur.  

If you need a rush order please email us at Customer@RingBear.com and we will do our best to meet your wishes. 

Rushed orders on gold & platinum rings are not available for return, we are happy to work with you to exchange or resize your ring after your wedding. Rushed orders are defined as requiring delivery within 7 days or less.

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy on Gold, Platinum and Tungsten Wedding rings, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our return policy is for US customers only, international purchases are final sale. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return labels must be used within 7 days of receiving the return label, reach out to us if this may be of issue.

RING BEAR appreciates your ring finger may bulk up or trim down over time and we offer a free resizing for all US based customers. If you need your ring resized and are located outside of the US you are responsible for the cost of sending and receiving the ring.

We do not accept returns or cancellations on non ring items as mentioned on individual product page descriptions. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Customer@RingBear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items that have been resized are unable to be accepted for return. We do not accept returns on resized rings.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Products that are clearly not considered Rings cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges 
Please email customer@ringbear.com to initiate an exchange.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
